At IPoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and serial numbers intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your IPoint account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to IPoint

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
